Solution
Our customer since August 2014 we helped Makefast implement a new server and IT infrastructure using VMware that would help and support company growth. We have many customers in manufacturing sector so we understood needs and requirements for the systems. We planned project around the clock so there was minimum or no downtime. System was put in place which enables customer to use their IT in much more efficient manner and where possible all hardware was used and utilised as a backup solution.
Since then we have provided on going on site and remote IT Support and supply and installation of IT Hardware software and any cabling requirements.
Veeam, Trend, server upgrade have all been done and now customer has a system in place that fulfills their needs and they are able to expand if and when needed.
