We believe that IT Support should be about more than fixing things when they’re broken. We see it as our job to ensure your IT systems run hassle-free, so you can concentrate on running your business.
Our support packages are tailored to each customer and we keep them simple. Our contract covers all aspects of IT support and general upkeep. With a Guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA) you have our promise that we don’t charge extra for regular calls-outs or travel, so there are no hidden costs.
Managed IT Support Contract
We tailor our support contract to the size of your business and can also offer additional IT expertise on tap. We can take full responsibility for a client’s technology infrastructure or work seamlessly with the existing IT department, supplying specialist skills when required.
We provide IT support to many clients large and small across Wales and the UK including; Welshpool, South Wales, Shropshire, North Wales, Aberystwyth, Brecon, Newtown and many other areas of the UK.
All of our contracts come with the below;
Help Desk Portal
Via your online help desk portal, you can monitor and manage your support usage at every step of the way.
You simply buy a set number of hours over the year and we deduct credits each time you use our services. Additionally, the portal provides detailed information of each individual call.
Complementary Advice & Audit
We offer all prospective and current clients a 100% FREE, comprehensive audit of their IT set-up. This is extremely useful for insurance purposes, planning for future upgrades and licensing reviews.
If we see ways in which we could make your IT more effective, we’ll let you know.
Pro-Active Monitoring
We use remote monitoring software to keep an eye on your IT systems so we can spot issues before they become problems.
This means that most of the time any ‘glitch’ is resolved without you even being aware there was a potential issue. And, because we are pro-active, our engineers constantly monitor the feedback from your systems so they can see immediately when they need to intervene or make an on-site visit.
