Our Solution:
With multiple offices, centralising files for each was becoming problematic. We implemented a shared storage solution providing the resilience the company required with the flexibly of remote access if and when required. Permissions were customisable on all folders as this needed to be coupled with a offsite backup option suited to clients’ needs and budget.
The current email system of local storage was replaced with a fully managed cloud system. Folder, Calendar and contacts could now be shared with any user providing them with the collaboration the company wanted, all at attractive monthly cost. Email was now accessible from a range of device types both in the offices and for remote access – this was key as they spend a lot of time at their client’s location.
We continue to provide the company support for all there IT requirements, including both remote and on-site support.
